On Facebook today I am sharing some great places to shop here in Rapid City! I can't pass up the chance to share them with you! A friend and I "ran away' from home last weekend and these are some of the places we ran too!
First up is Serendipity! We saw some great things here. There were some cute boot socks with lace on the top, bags, key chains, clothes, wall decor, and so much more! We were told that the inventory is constantly changing so make sure you keep checking back! I didn't see this shirt below when we were there-wish I had! This is just to give you an idea of some of the style they sell!
Next up is one of my new favorites and I plan to head back as soon as possible! ELan's Vintage Boutique is a great little shop! Don't let the size of the shop fool you, it is FULL of great finds. We asked where some of the things came from and they are all hand picked on trips that they have taken, some of which are from Denver. They do all the upcycling on some of the clothes themselves. There are great handbags, shoes and jewels as well! Here are some great hats!

Next is Shaviq Designs! I will definitely be going back to Shaviq! It is a great place to get inspiration and ideas! This shop has got to be filled with Muses from all over the Black Hills just waiting to grab you and shake some sense into you! If you aren't the do it yourself type, but love great pieces this is the place to go as well! We were told that they feature 70 different artist and the owner herself was sitting in middle of the shop creating yet another great piece!

The other amazing place we visited was Suzie Cappa Art Center. This is a place for people with disabilities to create something great. They also have local community artists that donate work! This is a must see if you are downtown! Take the time to walk through the art gallery and browse all the great projects and pieces they have for sale.
