Monday Mix-Up some Cake!

Sorry I missed out on posting yesterday!  We had no internet on our hill thanks to the weather.  We are only able to get a microwave shot into town and when it is cold or snowing we loose internet!  Not great for a tech savy family like us!  It is being difficult today as well so this will be short and "sweet"!
